It covers the language appropriate for interviewing applicants for jobs, conducting appraisal interviews, and travelling abroad for fact-finding visits and to conferences. The course also includes receiving visitors, socialising, telephoning and understanding and producing written English. You will also develop a greater awareness of cross-cultural issues. |
